Darjeeling: Often called "the champagne of tea", the Darjeeling teas come from the region of the city Darjeeling, in India, more than 2 000 meters over the sea. The broad variety of Darjeeling teas allows a rather unique discovery of numerous flavours and perfumes. The harvest - "flush" – intervenes three times during the year. The spring harvest "first flush", is the most "nervous one", takes place between mid-April and end of May. By he end of the summer, the "second flush". takes place and this tea is more aromatic and rounder. At last, during automn between November and December, a last harvest can be done.
