Order process & delivery deadlines

At reception of your order, Au Panier Vert will treat it within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Au Panier Vert cannot be held responsible for the delivery periods differed caused by postal strike or unusual slowness at its service providers.

European Union delivery only for orders with minimum 35 Euros Fixed price: approx. 13 euros (15 CHF) Spendingkost FREE dan 100 Euros
Delivery deadline: 4-6 days*

Means of delivery:
Deliviries within Switzerland and in most cases also in France are handled by the company DPD www.dpd.net (Chronopost in France)which means that your order will be brought directly to your delivery address. Please note that you have the possibility to enter another delivery address than the invoicing address such as your professional adress in order to make sure you will be able to recover your parcel. In some cases deliveries from Au Panier Vert are handled by the Swiss Post. The means of delivery are indicated on the order confirmation.

Foreign taxes:
Depending on the country in which you are located, it might be possible that a customs tax will be charged (VAT, etc..) in addition to the shipping costs that are billed by our company.  We decline all responsibilities in such cases. 

Return, reimbursement, order cancellation, lost of a parcel:
Orders that have been confirmed and paid cannot be canceled and will be treated as indicated above.  The request of reimbursement are only accepted for items that have been damaged during the shipment. Nevertheless, the complaints must be carried out with proof to the customer support maximum 48 hours after the reception of the package.  Our company has the right to refuse complaints received after the 48 hours deadline. An unusal delay of the delivery of a parcel  has to be announced by e-mail by the customer. A complaint will be raised with the delivery service supplier. A potential reimbursement or a new shipment cannot take place until the result of the complaint investigation have been provided by the delivery service supplier.
