The Goji berry is a red small fruit which develops in shrubs which can reach between 1.5 and 3 m height. Most the production of the goji in the world is made in China, in the province of Ningxia, a Chinese autonomous region,at the border of Tibet and low-Mongolia. The extreme climatic conditions in these areas force the plants of Goji
to arm itself with the so advantageous active ingredients to our health (antioxydants, trace elements, vitamins, polysaccharides…). Its sweet and taste is very appreciated by the whole family.

It is recommended to consume maximum 10 to 20 g (1 to 2 spoons) of Goji berries each day, a cure of approximately 2 months, renewable during the year.
Avoid consuming the goji in the evening due to its stimulative properties. It is not recommended to consume Goji berries in the event of anticoagulant treatment
(action anti-vitamin K of Goji berries). The Goji berries can be brewed in hot water or simply added to your salad or your meusli.
